You stay in an experienced teacher's family home, have one-to-one English lessons and then continue to use the language during the rest of your stay in Dover. Because you are the only student, you are guaranteed individual attention. The lessons are completely designed for you, so the teacher will focus exactly on what you need. Mealtime conversation, television and social contacts are all in English.
All of our teachers in UK have a university degree (or equivalent) and/or a recognised teaching certificate. All teachers have been visited by one of our local organisers. Their qualifications have been checked and their homes throughly inspected. During your stay in Dover, a local organiser will monitor your progress and make sure your experience is both happy and successful.

The King’s School has a history dating back to 597AD, making it Britain’s oldest boarding school. The school is in the grounds of Canterbury Cathedral and St Augustine’s Abbey – both World Heritage Sites – right in the heart of the medieval town centre of Canterbury.
Modern accommodation, teaching, and recreational facilities combined with the medieval school buildings and grounds offer a magical experience. Sporting facilities on offer at the nearby King’s School sports centre include an indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis and squash courts, and outdoor playing fields.
Our English Plus Tennis and Fencing options are held at Canterbury. Students can opt to take 5 hours of professional tennis and/or 5 hours of fencing lessons for young learners.

Nu sunt nici datele de curs fix (cu excepţia pentru cursuri de pregătire pentru examen) şi puteţi începe orice luni. Oferim cursuri de limba engleza la toate nivelurile, la elementare la avansat. (Nu sunt nici clase pentru absolut incepatori). Dimensiunea de clasa medie este de 8 studenţi şi cea maximă este de 12.
Există patru feluri principale pentru a alege de la: cursul de engleză Standard este dimineaţa, în timp ce curs intensiv de limba engleza este atât dimineaţa, cât şi zilei. Oferim, de asemenea, un curs de pregătire examen pentru IELTS, FCE si CAE. Moreover we offer all kinds of activities and excursions to inspire our students and enhance their learning. Hastings is a lovely, lively seaside town on the stunning East Sussex coast. Not only is it rich in culture with many museums, stately homes and art galleries to visit in Hastings and the surrounding area, but it is famous for its live music scene. Also, if you enjoy active living there is golf, tennis and water sports or simply some beautiful coastal walks just 10 minutes drive from the school.
We can also organise singing or pottery lessons, once again a fun and diverting way to practice conversation and sentence structure.
We offer afternoon 'Walking Talking Lessons', taking the lesson away from the desk and screen.
We also offer a tailor-made excursion to London, which will take the whole day.

Buckswood St Georges is located centrally in Hastings on England's South-East (Sunshine) Coast and is closely linked with Buckswood School just 15 minutes drive away.
We offer a variety of courses from short English Language Courses, to a year-long University Foundation Course to a full 2 year IB/A-Level course. We also offer half term/holiday courses and programmes tailored to suit your needs.
Buckswood St Georges relocated at the end of 2012 and we are now ideally positioned for all the main facilities of the town, Old Town and seafront.
Our two newly refurbished residences offer spacious living accommodation, well-proportioned classrooms, an IT suite with free wi-fi internet, study rooms, dining room, lounge area with TV/pool table/table tennis/foosball, attractive gardens and outdoor basketball court. A full reference library is located 5 minutes away, as is Hastings University Centre and an IELTS testing centre.
We operate a full social programme which all students are welcome to join. We offer in house activities such as quiz nights, film nights and theme nights, and outside trips, maybe to the cinema, ten-pin bowling, or crazy golf followed by fish and chips! Full day weekend excursions are arranged to places like Canterbury, London or Brighton, with half day trips mid-week to Rye, Battle or Eastbourne.
Students are able to join in with a variety of sports and activities which can either take place on the Buckswood campus or at local sports centres, activities may include things like sports teams, swimming, or even horse riding.
